1. What rewards do I get for referring a friend?
Rewards vary depending on the program's terms. Typically, you may receive e-Touch and Go reload pin, e-vouchers of well-known brand such as Grab/Lazada/Shopee or selected Toyota Gazoo Merchandise.

2. How can I share my unique referral code?
You can share your referral code via email, social media, or direct messaging (whatsapp). Simply copy the code and send it to your friends.

3. Is there a limit to how many friends I can refer?
No, there is no limit to the number of friends you can refer. Refer as many people as you like. The more friends you refer, the more rewards you can earn. *Not applicable to KINTO customer

4. Will my friend receive the reward?
Yes, your friend will receive the reward too. It is "win-win" situation where both referrer & referred customers will receive the rewards. However, the rewards vary depending on the program's terms.

5. Will I be notified if the friend I referred is a successful referral /business?
If you're our EZ Connect app user, you will be receiving a SMS notification upon the value of voucher being credited to your app account. If you're not app user, you will receive an email on the e-voucher code. or you can contact our Customer Service Careline 03-27278880 or WhatsApp to our representative

6. When will I receive my referral rewards?

i Hire Purchase loan Within 14 days after disbursement of the loan.
ii Auto & Car Life Insurance Within 14 days after receipt of the insurance premium.
iii KINTO Within 14 days after vehicle delivery.

7. Can I refer myself?
No, self-referrals are not allowed. The program is designed to encourage sharing with new users. For self-referrals for existing Toyota Capital customers, it will be rewarded under our Loyalty Program.

8. What happens if my friend doesn't use or forget my referral code?
It can happen: a friend might forget to use the unique referral code that the referrer sent. To ensure you both receive rewards, your friend must use your unique referral code when signing up a loan or purchase an insurance from Toyota Capital or when apply KINTO on website application form. If they don't, the referral won't be able to track.

9. How can I track my referrals and rewards?
You can contact our Customer Service Careline 03-27278880 or WhatsApp to our representative Suzy / Faiz 012-3366305 to check all your referred cases or rewards.

10. Is there any expiry date for my referral rewards?
Some referral rewards may have expiration dates. Please check the terms and conditions of each reward at the EZ Connect app or in the email. Kindly be informed E-voucher is valid for one-time usage only. Unredeemed e-Voucher will expire after the validity date. No cancellation, refunds or conversion into cash alternatives are allowed for any order value upon the redemption of the e-voucher.

11. Who can I contact if I have issues with my referral rewards?

12. Can I (referrer) combine my referral reward with other promotions or accumulate my rewards to qualify for my preferred merchandise?
This depends on the specific terms and conditions of the referral program. Some packages/rewards allow combining referral rewards with other promotions, while others do not.

Terms and Conditions of Referral Program

1. Eligibility
- The referral program is open to existing active customers of Toyota Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd ("Toyota Capital Malaysia") and KINTO Malaysia who are in good standing. This program is also open those customers who had settled their accounts 2 years ago.
- Referrals can be existing Toyota Capital Malaysia customers, KINTO subscribers or new customers who have not previously engaged with Toyota Capital Malaysia.
- - The following group are NOT eligible to participate in this referral program: -
a) Employees of Toyota Capital Malaysia who have enjoyed rebate commission for the successful insurance purchases and qualified for the incentive scheme.
b) Employees of Toyota Capital Malaysia or panel of dealers whose primary job responsibilities include soliciting business for Toyota Capital Malaysia.

2. Referral Process
Referrers must obtain the unique referral code provided by Toyota Capital Malaysia via the following options: -
(a) via EZ Connect Apps Profile page; or
(b) proceed with the registration in "Referred Customer Form" and we shall provide the unique code for you to share to friends/family members.

3. Referral Reward
- Both the referrer and the referral will receive reward specified by Toyota Capital Malaysia such as Touch 'n Go reload pin, Grab/Lazada/Shopee e-voucher or selected Toyota Gazoo Merchandise as determined by Toyota Capital Malaysia from time to time.
- The referral reward will be credited to the accounts of both referrer and referral within 14 days after the referral's individual loan is successfully disbursed, upon receipt of the insurance premium, enforcement of insurance policy or any additional criteria set by Toyota Capital Malaysia.
- The contact number, email address and unique referral code ported over by the referral must be the same as number registered in the EZ Connect app during the redemption process to for the referrer to earn a reward.
- Referral program rewards are granted on each account basis.

4. Limitations
- Self-referral are not allowed and will result in disqualification from the program.
- Toyota Capital Malaysia and KINTO Malaysia reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

5. Fraud Prevention
- Referrals suspected of being fraudulent, abuse, misuse, harassment, inappropriate activities or made in violation of these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
- Toyota Capital Malaysia and KINTO Malaysia reserve the right to investigate any referral activity and take appropriate action if fraudulent behaviour is detected.

6. Tax Implications
- Referral rewards may be subject to taxation. It is the responsibility of the participants to report and pay any applicable taxes (if applicable).

7. General Conditions
- By participating in the referral program, participants agree to these terms and conditions
- Toyota Capital Malaysia and KINTO Malaysia reserve the right to modify the terms and conditions of the referral program at any time.
- All decisions made by Toyota Capital Malaysia and KINTO Malaysia regarding the referral program are final and binding.

8. Privacy
- Personal information collected as part of the referral program will be used in accordance with Toyota Capital Malaysia Sdn Bhd's privacy policy.
By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
