Key Responsibilities
- Quality regimented calling to customers for defaulting payment collection to meet the NPL target and achieve ECL reduction.
- Execute repossession activities in a timely manner to locate vehicles under the NPL portfolio, ensure adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements, and support redemption processes when critical handling is necessary.

This role involved in screening loan applications flagged as high-risk before final approval:

- To secure business from Toyota, Perodua and Used car dealers.
- To obtain complete information, KYC and submit application.
- Provide after sales service to dealers and customers.
- To execute loan disbursement.
- To promote company's loan products.
- All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma/Degree holder, with 1-2 years of Sales experience in related field/industry.
- Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Fluent in local dialects is additional advantage.
- Good in interpersonal skill and basic computer literate e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Willing to travel whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer's expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence
- Attending administrative tasks, including responding to inquiries from the CS & ASK mailboxes.
- To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
- To promote TCAP EZ Connect app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
- To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
Job Requirements

- Min 1 year of working experience in Customer Service field
- Effective in multitasking, fast learner, a strong team player
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well versed in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
