Key Responsibilities

  • To build and maintain relationship with Toyota and/or other Auto Distributor.
  • Identify opportunities and promote market linkages, sell and manage Kinto product and positively impact the entire mobility business.
  • Preliminary evaluation and submission of Kinto application.
  • Managing Kinto account before and after sales customer service.
  • All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Min 1 years of working experiences, preferred in Auto Finance Sales / Fleet Sales / Car Leasing or Car Rental industry.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • The candidate must be able to speak in Japanese language (basic) to liaise with Japanese client.

  • To secure business from Toyota, Perodua and Used car dealers.
  • To obtain complete information, KYC and submit application.
  • Provide after sales service to dealers and customers.

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree holder, with 1-2 years of Sales experience in related field/industry.

  • Good in interpersonal skill and basic computer literate e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Willing to travel whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage full spectrum of training & development process which included Manage the LMS system as Administrator and update the changes accordingly, coordinate in-house workshop and public training, registration, record, follow up on training matters, monitor of training expenses/budget and administer HRDF, organize e-learning training for new joiners and yearly training via LMS, assist in conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA), plan and conduct new joiners orientation.
  • Handle employee Engagement and Branding activities which include assist in organizing the employee relation activities i.e. company dinner, bonding activities, team building, festive events, enhance office facilities, coffee session etc., administer the Employee Engagement Survey and ad-hoc activities in promoting "Happy TCAPM", administer company IG in a creative way to boost interaction between employees and create a positive working environment.
  • Assist in leading, follow up with CSR leads and coordinate CSR programs alongside superior.
  • Assist superior in research and coordinate with universities, plan and execute the internship & management trainee program
  • To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior or manager.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experiences in Learning & Development
  • Competency in using Microsoft Office i.e. Excel, Word, Power Point.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, multi-task, independent, resourceful and well organized.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
