Key Responsibilities

  • Assist to strategize & develop companywide marketing promotion and product in digital presence in Social Media such as Facebook, Instagram or YouTube and TCAPM & KINTO website. Collaborate with distributor and dealer in enhancing capability of online application.
  • Collaborate with distributor's digital team by leveraging on social media to increase digital presence. Introduce digital campaign to increase e-leads.
  • Assist HOD to develop and implement product strategies and development/enhancement of products cater to support distributor's target segment. To assist and implement digital awareness for new/enhanced products and performance tracking of products.
  • Ensure to achieve digital marketing KPI on website and social media such as no. of visitors, post reached, followers, engagement, by strategizing booster allocation.
  • Assist dept team on other Strategy & Innovation task, including reports, sales promotion campaigns and TCAPMobile maintenance for vehicle, TCTT, dealer setup and traditional POSM as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing or finance field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of working experience
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (i.e. Pivot, V-Lookup), Power Point & Words
  • Good knowledge of marketing/promotion of financial products
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead & participate together with the team responsible for the day-to-day support/maintenance of the Business Application Systems, including tasks related to identify and troubleshooting Business Application related issues and issues resolution. Managed, assign, oversee and ensure all day-to-day incident support is solved according to the agreed SLAs. Act as an escalation point to handle escalated issues and ensuring all the support incident is addressed accordingly and communicated in timely manner.
  • Serve & being the in-house subject matter expert to act as system functional and technical liaison between Business Users and IT to provide IT related advice on enhancing/upgrade existing Business Application Systems and/or evaluate, design, develop, implement new Business Application System/functions that is in alignment with the defined business strategies and governing to meet with IT related security control and compliance requirement.
  • Lead/performs project management and participates in project teams responsible for system/application software enhancement, implementation and/or upgrades; determines project scope and staff resources required to complete the system change requests/projects; prepares project proposals and budgets, determine cost/benefit and complexities of new processes and projects work plans, timelines. Vendor management, monitors project milestones and reports project progress to project committee/management. Works closely with others IT team, Business Users, Vendors and/or Regional team to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects within budget.
  • Lead the team to participate in BCP, Disaster Recovery process and IT related audits. Facilitate and interacts with internal and external audit engagement, facilitate remediation based on agreed recommendation and associated risks pertaining to SOX, Global Information Security Group or any others Corporate requirement. Periodical tracking and following-up with relevant party to ensure audit and compliance gaps are addressed and rectified according to committed timeline.
  • Establish and maintains policy, procedures, SOP and documentation related to area of responsibility. Participates in/on a variety of meetings, reports preparation. Works with business units to set priorities, forecast, establish & consolidated IT related Opex and Capex budgets.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent professional qualification
  • Professional Membership in Project Management Experience (PRINCE2, PMP or similar) & ITIL v3 or greater will be an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience with a proven track record in developing, implementing or architecting Business Application Systems from front-end to back-end
  • At least 5 years of leadership/management experience
  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on application supports & technical experience in programming/scripting: C#, ASP, .NET, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML, XSL, SOAP and/or any others API integration technology, Oracle and MS SQL database

  • To evaluate and approve Hire Purchase (HP) loan applications and fleet applications
  • To carry out independent credit review that includes review of loan appraisal on a post approval basis in accordance with industry best practice
  • Be responsible for evaluating quality of credit process and credit management in credit risk assessment including deviations of product guidelines/policies as well as thoroughness of approval process

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialize in IT System/Infrastructure Security; implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information to ensure that all IT related security components are implemented in accordance with the compliance against Information Security Policy and Management Standards, Statutory Legal and Regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee all day-to-day IT security incidents/administration/health check current servers and network infrastructure security control. Identify IT risks, threats and vulnerabilities in the company's technology infrastructure. Analyze and report computer network/servers/application security breaches or attempted breaches. Investigate security incidents, updates and documents security control, perform risk assessments, take appropriate action to minimize harm and make recommendations to corrective action. Maintain incident documentation, participate in post-mortems and write incident reports.
  • Participate in IT security assessment review and analysis of business risks and creation of IT security requirements and controls ensure that all IT related security components are implemented in accordance with the compliance guidelines. Take ownership; evaluate and recommend information related IT security control/enhancements/projects. If need be in correcting security vulnerabilities by configure, implement, monitor and support IT security software/systems that will help secure compliance with regulatory, industry, corporate policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for business application maintenance and support, development and deployment. Work closely with business users to understand the business process and requirements. Translate business needs into process improvement and technical enhancements.
  • Administer and provide end-user support for Business Application Systems related issues including investigate Transactional/Functionality issues, Reporting, Data Integrity, Interface; Identity Root Cause and driving resolution. Promptly responds to service failures, resolved issues and escalates concerns as appropriate.Maintain support log of issues and incident support requests following service request Guidelines. Act as liaison between internal users and vendors on the support issues.   • Create, maintain and monitor end-of day scheduler jobs, perform end of day and month end system closing. Monitor database systems logs to proactively identify, report exception or error to minimize disruption and impact to the database/systems downtime.
  • Setup, configure, implement & maintain Application/Database related Development/Test/Production environment. Perform objects/programs migration, deploy bug-fix script/programs, deployed security patches; prepare and review monthly object migration change management report/logs. Protect database against threats or unauthorized access. Create and maintain users' profiles and permissions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of technical hands-on experience in install, configure, administrate & maintain database/application server, Wintel & Linux Operating Systems & VMWare environment, database/system setup/backup/recovery/replication & restoration. User access management, implement and maintain database security & security patch deployment, perform end-of day and month end closing, maintain & monitor scheduler jobs and event logs, participate in IT DR/BCP setup and simulation, establish & maintain SOP/policy/procedure & documentation.
  • Min. 2 years of experience as a database administrator to setup, administrate, maintain & fine- tune Oracle (ver 12C and above), MY SQL & MS SQL (ver 2 & above)
  • Good scripting skills to create and maintain shell scripts to automate various database related tasks and scheduler jobs
  • Knowledge in setup, maintenance and troubleshoot of PC/Server OS, network connection issues an added advantage
