Responsibilities
This position required both managerial responsibilities with in-depth strong hands-on technical expertise. Leads the infrastructure team to provide support, maintain, evaluate and implement new and/or enhance existing infrastructure devices/solution. Stays abreast of emerging technologies; possesses technical subject matter expert knowledge to actively in continuous identify, facilitates business requirements for change and/or improvement by leverage/utilize IT for improvement opportunities, innovation, best practice initiatives and optimized to meet business needs and comply with relevant compliance/security requirements.
- Act as the in-house subject-matter-experts either to lead and/or to be part of the team member to provide IT related hands-on technical direction & guidance to infrastructure team responsible for the day-to-day incident support/maintenance of infrastructure services, managed/analyze the impact of infrastructure change requests, remediate issues that impacting performance of the infrastructure/systems services and business operations (regardless of whether they are on premise or in the cloud). Acts as escalation point for incidents not being resolved in a timely manner.
- Lead and/or to be part of the project teams to work with internal/external party responsible to establish plan to upgrade, and/or replacement end-of-life infrastructure/network devices/systems that is in alignment with the defined business/IT strategies and governing to meet with related compliance/security control requirement - including but not limited to project management, evaluating vendors proposal/products, feasibility studies, staff resources planning; establish RFP, prepares project proposals/deliverable, budgets, determine project scope/cost/benefits and timelines, vendor management, monitors project milestones, reports project progress to project committee/management.
- Participate in the IT strategy planning activities and budget process. Vendor/quotation sourcing of IT equipment/solution/services including getting/negotiate competitive quotes, T&C. Collaborate with Business Users, others Infrastructure/Business Application/Security colleagues and vendor to design, propose, implement secure and reliable IT/System architectures, new IT solutions that meet both IT, company and business requirement/strategies accordingly.
- Lead the team to participate in BCP, Disaster Recovery process. Facilitate various internal/external audit engagement, remediation based on agreed recommendation and associated risk pertaining to Global Information Security Group, and/or any others local regulatory requirement. Periodical tracking and following-up with relevant party to ensure audit and compliance gaps are addressed and rectified according to committed timeline
- Periodical review, update and responsible to ensure Infrastructure related policies, procedure, standard and compliance controls remain current, align and comply to Global Information Security Group and/or any applicable local laws and regulation. Participates in/on a variety of meetings, reports preparation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in leadership/management role & managing team members.
- Minimum 10 years of strong hands on technical/work related experience in:

Key Responsibilities
- To implement and provide daily maintenance support of the network & infrastructure-related equipment by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware/software and supporting internal IT helpdesk. Backup & restore; IT Asset & User Access Right maintenance & management
- Perform day-to-day network, infrastructure, servers and end-users technical-related support & monitoring. User Access Right Authorization. Key Responsibilities
- Specialize in IT System/Infrastructure Security; implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks and information to ensure that all IT related security components are implemented in accordance with the compliance against Information Security Policy and Management Standards, Statutory Legal and Regulatory requirements.
- Oversee all day-to-day IT security incidents/administration/health check current servers and network infrastructure security control. Identify IT risks, threats and vulnerabilities in the company's technology infrastructure. Analyze and report computer network/servers/application security breaches or attempted breaches. Investigate security incidents, updates and documents security control, perform risk assessments, take appropriate action to minimize harm and make recommendations to corrective action. Maintain incident documentation, participate in post-mortems and write incident reports.
- Participate in IT security assessment review and analysis of business risks and creation of IT security requirements and controls ensure that all IT related security components are implemented in accordance with the compliance guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Administer and provide end-user support for Business Application System related issues including Investigation Transactional/Functionality issues, Reporting, Data Integrity, Interface; Identify Root Causes and driving resolution. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the IT Security team in IT System/Infrastructure Security; implement and monitor security measures for the protection of business application systems, networks and information to ensure that all IT related security components are implemented in accordance with the compliance against Global Information Security Group Guideline/Standards, Statutory Legal and Regulatory requirements
- Lead & participate together with the team responsible on patch & vulnerability management. To monitor, analyse and response to daily system alerts/logs from various internal/external source/soc; conduct correlation/forensic analysis, determine possible causes of such alerts, flag suspicious events, identify abnormalities and report violations; resolve internal/external escalation within agreed SLA, provide technical supports, lead the Security Incident Response Team, develop counter measure/strategies to respond to and recover from security breach, document the incident & take appropriate action accordingly
- Lead & conduct regular self-assessment to assess company's IT security maturity levels, analyze security threat landscape & future requirement by working with relevant party to establish short/long term IT Security Strategy that is aligned with company, IT and/or Global Information Security Group strategic, goals, direction and budgetary considerations.
