Key Responsibilities

  • To perform collection of settlement / demo instalment / curtailment / interest.
  • To notify dealers on Non-Sufficient Fund, release of e-Hakmilik & generate Dealer Netting Confirmation.
  • Perform data entry into TCAPMobile+ and/or Synergi for new account creation.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • To manage, coordinate and maintain correspondence, meeting and appointment arrangement, travel and accommodation arrangement, coordination of board meeting matters, manage personal drivers schedule, prepare and compile reports/materials, attend to clubs and associations matters and participate in ad-hoc assignment/projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Specialize in Database Management & Administration of various database (e.g.Oracle/MS SQL/MYSQL). Database/System/Backup/Replication/Restore. Database security & familiar with multiple operating system platform (MS OS /Linus); able to setup new environment and deploy application system into Development/Test/Production/Disaster Recovery Environment.
  • Administer and maintain all activities associate with database management such as install, configure, upgrade, maintain, test, monitor, optimize and fine tune database/application servers's performance. Perform analysis, troubleshoot database related issues, monitor, allocate and plan database storage capacity requirements. To handle & provide after office hours on urgent critical incident support request.
  • Create, maintain and monitor end-of day scheduler jobs, perform end of day and month end system closing. Perform, monitor and ensure daily/weekly/monthly backup/replication or any restoration request is performed successfully. Monitor database/systems logs to proactively identify, report exception or error to minimize disruption and impact to the database/systems downtime.
  • Setup, configure, implement & maintain Application/Database related Development/Test/Production environment. Perform objects/programs migration, deploy bug-fix script/programs, deployed security patches; prepare and review monthly object migration change management report/logs. Protect database against threats or unauthorized access. Create and maintain users profiles and permissions.
  • Serve & being the in-house subject matter expert to participate in projects and evaluate database related solution/requirement, database requirement. To provide related advice, design, implement, managing database security/integrity, capacity, backup, replication, restore requirement and recommend improvements wherever is necessary.
  • Participate in IT DR/BCP preparation, setup and simulation. Establish IT DR/BCP plans, determine, document and ensure database related policies, procedures and standards are up to date & enforce. Facilitate and interacts with internal and external audit engagement, collect the audit sampling requirements facilitate remediation based on agreed recommendation and associated risks pertaining to SOX, Global Information Security Group or any others corporate requirement. Periodical tracking and follow-up with relevant party to ensure audit and compliance gaps are addressed and rectified according to committed timeline.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience
  • Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) is additional advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of strong technical hands-on experience in Database Management and Administration that:
  • Able to perform Database Setup, Migration, Upgrade, Performance Tuning, Indexing, Capacity Planning & Archiving (e.g. Oracle (ver 19c), MS SQL (ver19), MySQL).
  • Responsible for deploying applications system into Development/Testing/Production/Disaster Recovery environments.
  • Perform systems end of day, month end closing, maintain & monitor scheduler jobs, analyze & response to event logs/alerts.
  • Perform & monitor scheduler jobs of Backup, Recovery, Replication, Restoration (using Veenam).
  • Developing and maintaining disaster recovery plan, preparation, setup and perform regular testing.
  • Experience with database automation and scription (e.g. SQL, Shell, etc)
  • Collaborate with security team to implement, maintain database security controls, security patch deployment, policies, and procedures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of system/data
  • Familiar with Winter & Linus Operating Systems, Middleware & VMWare platform will be added advantage.

  • Assist in the planning of funding plan in line with Toyota Financial Services funding/risk management policy.
