Key Responsibilities
- Manage & monitor stamping of agreement process, ensuring stamping and mailing are completed within the stipulated turnaround time.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee tax provision and reporting (prepare and review monthly/quarterly current and deferred tax provision, and provide guidance).
- Review and manage tax submissions (income tax, service tax, WHT, CP58), ensuring timely submission and compliance.
- Oversee transfer pricing (TP) documentation, Country-by-Country reporting (CbCR), and Global Minimum Tax (QDMTT) compliance; coordinate with external stakeholders and tax consultants.
- Identify and implement improvement opportunities to minimize tax expenses and maximize tax savings.
- Deal with tax authorities on tax issues, and provide internal tax advisory and support to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-end Recruitment & Onboarding
- To manage full spectrum of recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and selection.
- Source and engage candidates through various methods, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies and employee referrals.
- Handle recruitment administration such as preparing appointment letters, coordinating medical check-ups, and collecting required documents.
- Prepare and manage onboarding documentation, including arrange orientation schedule, notifying IT, Admin, and other relevant departments on new hire arrangements.
- Ensure smooth pre-onboarding and onboarding processes for new hires.
- Monitor the usage of credits in assessment systems & job portals and arrange the purchase of additional credits when balances are low.
- Handle and keep track of job portal costs, recruitment agency fees, buyout costs, background screening fees, and employee referral fees, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all related payments.
2. Performance Appraisal Management & Employee Relations
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal cycles including create & update appraisal setting in HR system from goal setting, mid-term review and year-end review.
- Coordinate timelines, communications, and documentation related to performance reviews.
- Address underperformance and provide coaching and guidance to managers on managing their teams effectively.
- Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
3. HR Operations
- Administer monthly Group Insurance declarations and coordinate with the insurance company on enrolment and changes.
- Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, contract renewals, transfers, verification of employment, extension of probation, warning and termination.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
- Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR-related issues.
- Prepare HR reports and analysis as required by management.
- To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Objectives
Specialize in IT Security; implement and monitor security measures for the protection of computer systems, networks, and information to ensure that all IT related security components are implemented in accordance with the compliance against Information Security Policy and Standards, Statutory Legal and Regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, oversee day-to-day IT security incidents/administration/health check current servers and network infrastructure security control. Monitor, response to event log & alert notification on the servers/network to proactively identify, minimize disruption & impact to the systems /network/end point devices. Identify IT security risks, threats, vulnerabilities in the company's technology. Analyse and report computer network/servers/Application security breaches or attempted breaches. Investigates cyber security incidents, updates, and security control documents, perform vulnerability scan and patch management, penetration test assessment, take appropriate action to minimize harm and make recommendations to corrective action. Perform problem management, root cause analysis, and postmortem reviews following the occurrences of all incidents, maintain incident documentation, participate in post-mortems, & establish incident reports.
- Participate in IT security assessment review, analyse business risks and creation of IT security requirements and controls to ensure that all IT related security components are implemented in accordance with the compliance guidelines. Take ownership; evaluate and recommend information related to IT security control & enhancements projects. If need be in correcting security vulnerabilities by configure, implement, monitor, and support IT security software, systems, technologies and processes are compliant with regulatory, industry, corporate policies, procedures, and BNM Information Security standards.
- Serve & being the in-house subject matter expert to provide IT security related advice, guidance, & work with others team members in designing, implementing IT security control initiatives, risk mitigation & remediation. Responsible for recommending, implementing, and managing security controls for system, network, application by design system security architecture and develop detailed security designs. Prepare, conduct security awareness briefing, training & phishing simulation.
- Centrally facilitate, interacts with internal and external audit engagement, facilitate remediation based on agreed recommendation and associated risks pertaining to Global Information Security Group or any others corporate requirement. Periodical tracking and following-up with relevant party to ensure audit and compliance gaps are addressed and rectified according to committed timeline.
- Establish and maintains IT security related policies, procedures, and guidelines. Periodically reviewing the security related guideline & control to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the information security controls as a whole, recommending improvements wherever they is necessary. Develop comprehensive reports including assessment-based findings, outcomes, and propositions for further system security enhancement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Security, Information Technology or equivalent practical experience.
- CISSP, CRISC, CEH, GIAC, GCIH, GWAPT will be an added advantage.

- Lead, participate in performing the assigned project management. To serve as in-house subject matter expert to analyze & provide recommendations based on Business Vs IT requirements & strategic directions. - Collaborate with teams to support IT operations.
