Overview
Responsible for supporting the Head of Legal & Compliance in ensuring that the Company operates in full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies, corporate governance standards, and ethical business practices. 4. Anti-Money Laundering / Counter Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT)

   • Assist in customer due diligence (CDD), enhanced due diligence (EDD), sanctions screening, and suspicious transaction monitoring programs.
   • Coordinate periodic AML risk assessments and reporting.
5. Governance & Policy Management
   • Draft, review, and update compliance-related policies, procedures, and frameworks.
   • Ensure policies remain aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
   • Coordinate annual policy reviews and governance exercises.
6. Regulatory Reporting & Liaison
   • Coordinate submissions and correspondence with regulators.
   • Prepare compliance reports for Management Committees, Board Committees, and Board of Directors.

7. Compliance Risk Management
   • Identify emerging compliance risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.

8. Training & Awareness

9. Investigations & Incident Management
   • Participate in investigations involving potential regulatory breaches or misconduct.
   • Support whistleblowing investigations where necessary.

10. Third-Party Compliance Oversight
    • Participate in due diligence reviews of vendors, outsourcing arrangements, and service providers.
    • Ensure compliance considerations are incorporated within vendor risk management processes.
    • Assess compliance risks associated with outsourcing arrangements and third-party engagements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, Finance, Accounting, Banking, Risk Management, Economics, Business Administration, other related disciplines.

  • Technologies, network related security monitoring, Content Filtering, Vulnerability Scans, Encryption Technology, DHCP, DNS, HTTP, SSL, SSH, LDAP, IPSEC, etc.
• Experience to lead & participate in project implementation
• Vendor sourcing & process PO request, Establish & Maintain IT related policy, procedures, reports and documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, result oriented, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills, flexible, independent
• Must be able to provide after-hours on urgent incident support request
• Abilities to prioritize multiple tasks and able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and within constraints

Key Responsibilities

• To secure business from Toyota, Perodua and Used car dealers.
• To obtain complete information, KYC and submit application.
• Provide after sales service to dealers and customers.
• To execute loan disbursement.
• To promote company's loan products.
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder, with 1-2 years of Sales experience in related field/industry.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Fluent in local dialects is additional advantage.
• Good in interpersonal skill and basic computer literate e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Willing to travel whenever necessary.

Key Responsibilities
